As a student of the MaDI you will be able to study the International Management course that is taught every year in our program and whose objective is to study the strategies to be followed by a company to succeed in the international environment.
Why, how, when and where firms are internationalized?
This is what we would try to explain in the “International Management” classes. Today, in the first session, we will analyze different theories that have explained this phenomenon, reasons and difficulties to which firms face in their internationalization process, and the necessity of adopting an strategic perspective. The objective in this subject is that students can formulate international strategies to achieve a competitive advantage.
